The Technical Details

Pre-Appointment Preparation 

Every client must sign off on our service agreement once. This form has been updated for 2026. A credit card and this document are saved on file. You will not be charged until after services are provided. For an exact cost please ask when you drop off. We cannot provide exact pricing over the phone since we need to assess your dogs coat and the style of groom you’d like. Follow the prompts on our scheduling page and you will automatically be asked to sign the release form.

Appointment Preparation 

Please feed and walk your dog(s) before bringing them in and make certain they have gone to the bathroom right before their appointment.  Not only does this make the appointment go better for us, it is more comfortable for your dog as well.  Our average appointment time is 4 hours if your dog cannot hold their bowels that long, please let us know so we can accommodate them as needed.  If they will need a snack during that time frame please bring something for us to give them.

We strive to provide you and your pup with the high quality, positive experience every time. Excellence is our goal and we ask that you work with us to obtain that. The relationship between pet and groomer is one built on trust and understanding. Sometimes it takes a few sessions to build a solid foundation. We ask that you work with us and understand that we are humans working with live animals. Errors, however rare, do happen and we will do our absolute best to make it right. 

Cancelation/No Show Policy

All No-Shows will be charged a 50% fee. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24hrs notice, there will be a fee 50% as well. This policy is in place to ensure we can schedule services accordingly and provide services to those on our waiting list. Your patronage provides a living wage to our team that all live and work in SF. Keeping your appointments or rescheduling in a timely manner ensures their well-being and ability to afford to live and work here. We send out ample reminders via email and text, be sure to provide us with the best cell phone number and email address. Please put your appointment in your calendar so you don't forget. If you must re-arrange your schedule we are happy to work with you. We understand dogs and humans alike fall ill. We will work with you on a case by case basis to ensure a fair policy across the board.
