Our Team
DENNISE F (OWNER) has been a groomer since 2009. Her specialties are senior comfort grooms, First time puppies, Pups with disabilities, and aggressive dogs. She loves working on her double coated pups as well. She is a well rounded groomer that thrives on perfection but most importantly makes sure that the pups are not stressed or being forced groomed. She goes at their pace, gains their respect and makes sure they always leave with a happy wagging tail. Speaks English and Spanish
BRIAN N (OWNER) works in a variety of industries handling logistics. His background is in hospitality and he prides himself in bringing a personal touch to each of his client interactions. His goal is to ensure a high-quality experience for each client and fur baby. Speaks English
ADAM T (GROOMER) is a full-time groomer, chorus singer, and dog dad. He loves working with new puppies and shy or fearful dogs. His gentle demeanor and patience benefit all the dogs he grooms, especially the ones he introduces to the grooming process. His specialties include shorter tailored styles, doodles of all shapes and sizes. Speaks English
ALYSIA S (GROOMER) loves working with animals. Dog grooming teaches her so much about unconditional love and compassion. She’s so proud to be a part of the compassionate and professional VIP team. Her specialities include Schnauzers, Terriers, and Doodles. Speaks English
ELENA K (GROOMER) has a special love for all dogs. She started dog grooming is Russia and has moved to the states to expand her skills. Her own dog with special needs allows her to connect with the animals in a compassionate and soft way. She specializes in Doodles, Westies, short haired, and Terriers. Speaks Russian & Learning English
Esmeralda Z, ESME for short (GROOMER), joined VIP with a creative flair. She enjoys anything that lets her express her creativities and pet skills. She specializes in Shih Tzu's, Doodles, Poodles, and dogs that need extra attention. Be sure to ask her about her fur coloring and pawdicure painting skills. Speaks English & Spanish
JOSE C (GROOMER) is from Nicaragua. He graduated from veterinarian school there, and worked as a veterinarian assistant in Spain for a year. He has been working with animals for over 7 years. He is very careful and pay close attention to details. He joined VIP as a bather and was quickly promoted to groomer. There is no job to big or small for him. He especially enjoys working on extra large dogs such as Newfoundlands, Samoyeds, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and poodles. Speaks Spanish & Learning English
JOY B (GROOMER) has been a groomer since 1992. She's working on dogs of all shapes and sizes and loves helping our furry friends look and feel their best. Joy became a certified master groomer in 2014 and loves to show off her skill. Her favorite breeds to work with are Poodles, Shih Tzu's Westies, and Yorkies. Joy is new to VIP but not to grooming. We are excited to have her join the team. Speaks English
NORMA H (GROOMER) grew up on a farm and was taught to love animals of all shapes and sizes. She's been grooming for over 10 years and loves to work with all shapes and sizes. She enjoys making your pup feel comfortable, secure, and pampered while in our salon. She specializes in all dogs and does hand stripping for breed specific dogs. Speaks English & Spanish
RIGO P (GROOMER) works at VIP on Saturday's to hone his craft and work with SF locals. He resides in the North Bay and works in mobile grooming. Working with a team and expanding his grooming knowledge are his favorite parts of VIP.
ZAUL R (GROOMER) has worked with dogs since he was 14. He's been a full time groomer for over 8 years and has continued to hone his skills. In his spare time you will catch him riding his bike and running through the East Bay hills. He specializes in doodles of all shapes and sizes and difficult dogs that need some correction through the grooming process.
