Services

VIP Grooming provides professional pet grooming services at our locations. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments are required for most services.

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Pet Health & Safety

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

  • Your pet is in good health

  • Your pet is up to date on vaccinations (as required)

  • You have disclosed any behavioral or medical conditions

VIP Grooming reserves the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk.

Aggressive or Difficult Behavior

If a pet displays aggressive or unsafe behavior:

  • Services may be stopped at any time

  • Additional handling fees may apply

The safety of pets and staff is our top priority.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
We may accept various forms of payment, including cards and digital payments.

SMS & Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from VIP Grooming, including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

  • Use the site for fraudulent or harmful activity

Limitation of Liability

VIP Grooming is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or health issues in pets

  • Minor nicks, cuts, or irritation that may occur during grooming

While we take every precaution, grooming involves inherent risks.

Personal Property

Please remove collars, leashes, and personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
