FAQs

Do you take walk-ins?

1

Groomers run on a very tight schedule, often planning the groom down to the minute. We are unable to take walk-ins as it is too disruptive to the schedule. We do have a waitlist that we would be happy to place you on. We communicate via text and will let you know if something opens up

How long do appointments take?

2

4 hours is what we ask for. A La Carte services are the exception to this. Those usually take 10 to 15 minutes. Please drop your dog off as close to your appointment time as possible and promptly pick them up. We communicate when we are finishing the groom so you can plan accordingly. If you need to drop off early of leave your pup with us for longer, please request and communicate that ahead of your appointment. We are a small salon and are at maximum capacity concerning space.

Do you work with difficult/aggressive dogs?

3

Yes! All dogs deserve to be comfortable and proper grooming ensures that. Call our salon to discuss the specific needs of your dog and we will pair you with a groomer that is capable of caring for them. A special handling fee will be applied to the groom. Their comfort and safety are first priority. We may not be able to complete everything on the first visit but we will provide you with a transparent report of how they did and a plan of action going forward.

How often does my dog need to be groomed?

4

The longer and fluffier you like the hair the more frequently we recommend you come in. This will also include brushing at home to prevent mats. Short haired dogs can come as frequently as you’d like but every 4 weeks on average is a safe bet. Pro tip, book an A La Carte nail trim between grooms to keep them at the top of their game.
