Welcome to VIP Grooming

here is some important information for your first visit

VIP Release Form

VIP Grooming now requires that all customers sign our comprehensive release form before their next or first service.  You will be given the release form to sign when you drop your dog off at our shop.  In order to expedite the process, please read through the release form HERE, prior to your appointment.

Appointment Preparation

Please feed and walk your dog(s) before bringing them in and make certain they have gone to the bathroom right before their appointment.  Not only does this make the appointment go better for us, it is more comfortable for your dog as well.  Our minimum appointment time is 4 hours if your dog can not hold his bowels that long, please let us know so we can accommodate him/her as needed.  If they will need a snack during that time frame please bring something for us to give them.

We Always Try Our Best

We always try to get everything right but occasionally an appointment gets lost, or service takes longer than expected, or a bather forgets to clean the ears or we accidentally charge you $.10 instead of $10 or $100.00 or visa versa.  We just ask that you work with us so we can make it all right again.  We are only human after all. : )

No Show Policy

All No-Shows will be charged a fee. If you re-book with less than 24hrs notice, there may be a fee as well. This policy is in place to ensure we can schedule services accordingly and provide services to those on our waiting list. Our groomers work off of commission so if you don't show up they don't get to make a living.  We send out reminders via email and text, so be sure that information is input accurately. Also please put your appointment in your calendar so you don't forget. If you must re-arrange your schedule we are happy to work with you.

NEW PUPPY PAGE

If you are bringing in a puppy for their first appointment with us, please read through our New Puppy Page carefully.  We want you to know what to expect and to have all the information you need to insure your puppy has a successful first visit with us.
